Old Mill Court is an interesting development consisting of a mix of one and two bedroom apartments converted from a beautiful Edwardian Villa (Old Mill House) & a development of brand new homes within the grounds of the house consisting of 3 two bedroom bungalows (The Courtyard Bungalows) and a pair of two bedroom apartments (The Gatehouse).

Part of the Mill Road conservation area, Old Mill House was sympathetically redesigned internally to provide 3 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments, retaining all external features.
