The development comprised of 3 four bedroom detached houses, situated in the heart of Goring-by-Sea.

Constructed in the grounds of Beach House – a Victorian seaside villa and one of the first houses to be built in Sea Lane, `64` is a brand new development of modernist architectural design based on Le Corbusier`s iconic Villa Savoye in France. Featuring three 4 bedroom detached houses, built to a very high standard of quality and detail, the development provides energy efficient, low maintenance homes with private gardens and off-road car parking, in the much sought after Sea Lane area of Goring.
The individual external designs feature brick and white render facades with anodised aluminium panels, windows and detailing in metallic grey finish. Glazed corner bays, full height glass screens and full width patio doors bring plenty of light into the large, open plan interiors.

Although unsuccessful this time round – JW Stratton were extremely proud to have been shortlisted.

JW Stratton Ltd have been building homes in Sussex for 75 years, and `64` Sea Lane is yet another fine example of their home building skills and attention to detail.
